We are happy to accept returns provided we are contacted with 14 days of delivery and items are returned within 30 days.

For returns, please send us an email to shop@sewsimple-norfolk.co.uk giving full details.

You must bear the cost of postage for unwanted goods which must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Faulty goods should be returned as above, we will refund the postage where appropriate.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or defects before use.
